(BCN) -- Roadways in Mill Valley that closed due to tidal flooding on Tuesday have closed again for the same reason a day later, police said Wednesday. Police said shortly after noon Wednesday that Miller Avenue was closed between Camino Alto and Almonte Boulevard, a section of road that runs between Tamalpais High School and the Bothin Marsh Preserve.

Redwood Highway Frontage Road is also closed near Hamilton Drive because of flooding, and there is no estimated time for when the roads will reopen, according to police. On Tuesday, both roads reopened by 4 p.m. after closing because of midday flooding.

The National Weather Service issued a Coastal Flood Advisory earlier this week that is in effect through 5 p.m. Friday for Bayshore locations along San Francisco Bay, San Pablo Bay and Monterey Bay, as well as low-lying areas along the Pacific Coast.
