18-year-old arrested for starting fire inside Milton Hannaford

An 18-year-old has been arrested after he allegedly intentionally started a fire inside the Hannaford in Milton on Friday. Samuel Carter, of Providence, was charged with second-degree arson, petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon.
